Hi, I’m Emil.
The idea for this app came when I saw how much my mom struggled to juggle her vacation rentals — especially cleaning schedules, task coordination, and managing multiple calendars across Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms.
Most tools felt too complex, too expensive, or built for large property managers, not for small hosts with just a few apartments.
So I decided to create something smarter and simpler:
a lightweight property management system that automates cleanings, assigns tasks, and helps small vacation rental hosts stay in control - without the stress.
